If you own property in Egypt, whether real estate, movable, or corporate, you can appoint a person to act on your behalf in any specific legal action or disposition in transactions involving property or to legally represent you in any specific personal matter.

Our job is to formulate and prepare powers of attorney that guarantee the accomplishment of the purposes for which they are created and meticulously specify the powers granted to the agent to ensure that agents can use them only within the scope of the designated purpose. Our powers of attorney do not allow agents to exceed the limits of the powers of attorney granted to them, which protects our clients’ rights. We also guide our clients in certifying powers of attorney at the Egyptian embassy and consulates in the United States.

We draft all special powers of attorney, including but not limited to powers of attorney for purposes pertaining to sales, purchases, property management, dispositions, incorporation of companies, estates, marriages, divorces, lawsuits, real estate, and automobiles. We also have them certified by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and register them at the Egyptian Registration Bureau, which makes them enforceable.
